Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

By registering, you agree to a monthly subscription of R49 (forty-nine Rand) for Ubuntu Labour Support membership. This fee covers access to labour dispute resolution services, member support, and related benefits.

2. Payment Terms

Your card will be debited on your selected billing date each month. Payments are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the outstanding amount.

3. Member Support Benefit (Optional)

Members may optionally enroll in the Member Support Benefit for an additional R25 per month. This benefit provides:

• After 6 months of continuous contributions, members who lose employment may submit a claim.
• Approved claims receive R500 per month for up to 6 months.
• Claims require documentation including proof of employment termination.
• The benefit can be cancelled at any time. Membership continues independently.
• If cancelled, the contribution counter resets upon re-enrollment.

4. Payment Components

Your monthly debit is calculated as follows:

• Membership Only: R49/month
• Membership + Benefit: R49 + R25 = R74/month

These components are tracked independently. Membership continues even if the benefit is removed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership by contacting support. Benefit enrollment can be managed from your dashboard without affecting your membership status.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is stored securely and used only for providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Dispute Resolution

Members have access to our dispute resolution platform where they can submit labour disputes and communicate with assigned managers.
